海南省农村青年社会情绪问题研究

Research on the Social Emotional Problems of Rural Youth in Hainan Province

抽取海南省曾经发生过群体性事件的两个村和被评为海南省2014年10大最美小镇中的各两个村共326名18~35岁村民,采用问卷方式对他们的社会情绪状况进行了调查研究。结果显示,海南省农村青年社会情绪整体状况良好,但对务工就业、子女教育、家庭收入、社会地位和看病就业等方面不够满意。另外部分农村青年主要依靠上访和联合亲友对抗这样的方式来解决不公正事件。建议各级政府多方面采取措施,预防和疏导消极社会情绪的出现和扩散：一是大力发展农村经济的同时调整利益分配,保证公平公正;二是发展农村基础教育,确保教育资源的公平;三是提高农村干部队伍素质,完善社会管理运行机制;最后是落实医疗卫生和养老等社会保障措施等。

A questionnaire about social emotional status has been carried out among the 326 villagers ranging from 18 to 35 from four villages,including two villages where civil disorders had ever occurred,and another two villages which have been considered as the most beautiful towns in Hainan in 2014. Results show that the rural youth in Hainan keep good social emotion,but are not too satisfied with labor employment,children education,family income,social status and doctors seeing. In addition,some of the rural youth mainly rely on petition and jointing their friends and relatives to fight against injustice incident. Therefore,it is suggested that all levels of government should take measures to prevent and ease the emergence and spreading of negative social emotions：firstly,to vigorously develop rural economy and balance the the distribution of interests to ensure equity and justness; secondly,develop rural basic education to ensure the fairness of educational resources; thirdly,improve the quality of rural cadres,perfect the operation mechanism of social management; lastly,implement social security measures such as health care and pensions.
