基于任务驱动的“食品微生物检验综合实训”教学改革研究与实践

摘要 探索基于任务驱动的"食品微生物检验综合实训"教学模式,使其更具有实用性和可操作性。该模式中,学生在教师指导下独立思考,自主设计任务实施方案,自主进行实验操作,总结撰写检验报告并完成检验任务。实践结果表明,任务驱动下的教学效果显著,学生综合知识和技能明显提高。 In order to make the teaching model practical and operable, teaching reform of integrated training of Food Microbiology Inspection Technique bases on task-driven teaching model is explored in this paper. Under this model,students think independently to design task program and procedures,develop experiment operation,write the test report and complete all the experimental tasks by themselves under the guidance of teachers. The results of practice show that the effect of task-driven teaching model in integrated training of food microbiology inspection technique has significantly heightened in improving students’ comprehensive knowledge and skills.
