基于知识运用视角的大型公共工程投资决策模型研究

Research on Large Public Project Investment Decision- making Model from the Perspective of Knowledge Utilization

从知识运用的角度对大型公共工程投资决策过程进行审视,构建了大型公共工程投资决策的知识运用模型,指出决策是公众、专家以及政府知识相互作用的结果。为促进公众、专家知识能更好地被政府运用、提高决策的质量和效果,借助知识的信息传递模型,为管理者提出改善大型公共工程投资决策效果的措施和建议。

This paper reviews the investment decision-making process of large public construction from the perspective of knowledge utilization, constructs the knowledge utilization model of decision-making of the large public project investment and points out that the decision results from the interaction between the public, experts and government. In order to promote the utilization of the public knowledge and the expert knowledge, and to improve the decision-making quality and effect, based on the transmission model of knowledge, measures and suggestions are put forward for managers to improve the effect of the large public project investment decision making.
