基于关键词共词分析的我国老年人长期照护热点探讨

A Research of Key Topics of Long-term Care for the Aged:A Co-word Analysis of Keywords

为了解国内老年人长期照护研究的热点及趋势,利用Bicomb及SPSS21.0软件对CNKI数据库(全库)910篇文献资料进行了关键词共词分析、聚类分析和多维尺度分析,并对分析结果进行了可视化展示。结果表明,我国近年来老年人长期照护研究主要围绕5个类别展开,即"老年人长期照护需求、政府责任及相关对策的研究""发达国家老年人长期照护制度模式的类型、特点及设计的分析和介绍""以台湾地区长照实践为重点的我国港澳台地区长期照护研究""医学、护理学领域的护理问题探索和护理保障支持"以及"社会化养老体系完善和养老社会资源的整合方面的研究"。已有研究全面且深入,形成很多研究热点,但仍存在深层次的理论整合不足、顶层设计思考不充分等问题。未来研究应该拓展研究范式、深入研究主题,并开展多领域交叉研究。

In order to fully understand hot topics and trends of the study of domestic long - term care for the aged, this article obtains 910 keywords literature to do co- word analysis, cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis by SPSS software, Bieomb and CNKI database （ Full Library）. Results of the analysis are achieved by visual display. We find that the research hotspot in recent years in our country mainly are in the following five fields： ＂long -term care needs of the aged, research and related countermeasures of government responsibility＂, ＂types and models of long- term care system, presentation of characteristics and design analysis type in developed countries＂, ＂long- term care practice in Taiwan or long- term care study of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan re- gions＂, ＂medicine, nursing care problems in the field of exploration and care protection support＂, and ＂research of pension and sound system, and the integration of social resources of endowment＂. The current situation and studies are more comprehensive, and there are some research loci. But the theoretical integration and top - level design are inadequate. Interdisciplinary research with wider horizons and in -depth themes should be done in the future.
