电力行业是关系我国国计民生的支柱性行业,随着我国国民经济的发展,电力行业发展面临新的机遇和挑战。随着我国电网规模的不断扩大和网架结构的日益复杂,有效提升电力行业安全稳定运行水平的重要性日益凸显。"两票"制度是保障电力系统人身和设备安全的重要措施,文章结合笔者自身工作实践,分析了"两票"在电力安全生产工作使用中存在的问题,并提出整改措施和建议,以期为我国电网发展作出贡献。

The electric power industry is a pillar industry which is related to the national economy and the people＇s livelihood. With the development of China＇s national economy, the power industry is facing new opportunities and challenges. With the continuous expansion of the scale of China＇s power grid and the increasing complexity of the grid structure, the importance of improving the security and stability of the power industry has become increasingly prominent. ＂Two votes＂ system is an important measure to ensure the safety of persons and equipment of power system, in this paper, combined with the author＇s own work practice, analysis of the ＂two votes＂ exist in the use of electrical safety production work problems, and put forward the improvement measures and suggestions, in order for the development of China power grid as a contribution to the
