本文在介绍正能量培育的必要性与迫切性的基础上,结合正能量的特点,着重阐述在当前形势下,如何形成培育正能量的氛围,以切实增强高校思想政治工作的实效性.

With the advent of the information age and negative effects of Internet media and so on,the effectiveness of college ideological and political education have been greatly eroded. The lack of positive energy to confront the pervasive negative energy in present universities worsens the challenge college ideological education is faced with. This paper,based on the necessity and urgency of the positive energy cultivation and the characteristics of positive energy,focuses on how to cultivate the atmosphere of the positive energy towards effectively enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.
