摘要
本文主要对几种典型培训评估模型的特点进行比较分析,认为分层次评估模型是对培训的终结性评价,而分阶段评估模型是形成性评价,主张结合不同类别评估模型的优势将评估活动贯穿于培训的每个环节以实现对培训质量的有效控制,从而提高培训评估结果的有效性,同时提出了重视培训评估工作、构建科学合理的培训评估指标体系、注重多元化的评估主体、使用多样化的评估方法等提高评估结果有效性的措施。
This paper compares the characteristics of several typical training evaluation models and comes a conclusion that Hierarchical evaluation model is a summative evaluation while Phased evaluation model is formative assessment. The paper advocates combining the advantages of different categories evaluation model to evaluate activities through every link in training in order to realize the effective control of the training quality, so as to improve the effectiveness of the training evaluation result, and puts forward measures such as attaching great importance to the training evaluation work, building a scientific and reasonable training evaluation index system, paying attention to the diversification of evaluation subject, and using a variety of evaluation methods to improve the effectiveness of the evaluation results.
