摘要
运用ANSYS软件对两端固接的梁进行数值模拟,通过分析可知,使用常规钢筋截面尺寸情况下,梁顶钢筋的级配差异对梁的整体受力性能影响不大,若支座处钢筋级配越均匀,角筋拉应力越小,中间钢筋拉应力越大,且两者应力均远小于屈服强度。因此对于两端固接的梁,可以选用直径较小的钢筋作为角筋拉通布置,再附加直径较大的钢筋进行匹配,从而达到节省钢材的目的。
This paper studied the influence of the top reinforcing steel bar gradation of a beam on its bearing capacity by using the software ANSYS to simulate beams with two fixed ends. If the reinforcing steel bar gradation is uniform, the angle steel bar tensile stress is small but the middle steel bar tensile stress is large. However, the reinforcing steel bar stress is much smaller than the yielding strength. Therefore, steel bars with small diameters were suggested to be used as the angle steel bars with large diameter steel bars as supplementary for gradation. By following this method, a more economy design can be achieved.
