Synthesis of New Type Benzopyran Derivatives

摘要 以水杨醛、乙酰丙酮为原料,哌啶为催化剂,经Knoevenagel反应在不同的反应条件下合成了5种相应的苯并吡喃类化合物,并运用元素分析、FT-IR、~1H-NMR和^(13)C-NMR对化合物进行了表征.结果表明:此方法操作简便、经济快速,是合成苯并吡喃衍生物的有效途径. Five benzopyran derivatives were synthesized from salicylic aldehyde and acetyl acetone with piperidine as catalyst via a piperidine-catalyzed Knoevenagel reaction. The compounds were characterized by FT-IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR and elemental analysis. This reaction provided a facile,fast,economic and effective method for the synthesis of substituted benzopyran.
