Study on Preparation of Linseed Oil Microcapsules

目的:制备亚麻油微胶囊,考察其影响因素,找出最优方案.方法:采用单凝聚法,以明胶为囊材制备亚麻油微胶囊,观察其形态、分析其粒径.结果:获得圆球形、平均粒径19μm,且分布较均匀的亚麻油微囊.意义:作为一种干性油,亚麻油微型胶囊可应用于汽车涂料中产生自愈效果,可开发汽车自愈涂料.

Objective： Study on the preparation of Linseed oil microcapsules. Find out the optimal preparation plan by investigating the possible related factors. Methods： Examine the morphology and sizes of the microcapsules coated with gelatin using simple coacervation method. Results： Get spherical linseed oil microcapsules with narrow size distribution on average diameter 19μm. Conclusions： As a kind of drying oil,linseed oil microcapsules can be used for self-healing coatings of cars,which can develop automotive self-healing coatings.
