摘要
通过探析烟台职业学院服务外包人才培养的实践经验,探索服务外包ITO方向"校企融合,四段式"人才培养模式,即将人才培养过程分为职业技能储备阶段、职业技能提高阶段、职业技能应用阶段和实习就业阶段等四个阶段进行培养,以期对高职院校进行服务外包人才培养提供经验借鉴。
Through the analysis of practical experience of service outsourcing talents training in Yantai Vocational College, the ITO-oriented talents training mode of "school-enterprise fusion, and four stages" is explored, that is, to divide the process of talents training into four stages of vocational skills reserve, improvement, application and internship and employment, in order to provide experience for service outsourcing talents training in higher vocational colleges.
