高职职业核心能力课程体系构建与实施途径——以城轨交通机电技术专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 针对高职城轨交通机电技术专业对人才需求,分析该专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,通过对专业职业核心能力的需求分析,构建专业职业核心能力体系和基于该能力培养的课程体系。通过与用人企业进行深度的校企合作,校企双主体参与专业人才培养过程,引入企业考核标准,提升专业人才培养质量。 In view of talents demand of the specialty of higher vocational city rail transportation mechanical and electrical technology, this paper analyzes the existing problems of talents training process. Through the analysis of the demands to the professional core ability, it builds the system of professional core ability and the curriculum system based on cultivating the ability. Through the deep school-enterprise cooperation, both school and enterprise involve in the process of talents training. And the introduction of en- terprise assessment standards can improve the quality of professional talents training.
