高职院校学生的择业影响因素研究——以旅游与酒店管理专业为例

A Study on the Influence Factors of Higher Vocational College Students in Choosing Careers—Taking Tourism and Hotel Management Specialty as an Example

研究高职旅游与酒店管理专业学生的职业选择动机具有重要意义。当前,国内学者更多的关注该专业的教学改革、工学结合等问题,对高职旅游与酒店管理专业学生的职业选择动机方面的定性与定量研究非常匮乏。通过统计分析,揭示影响该专业学生职业选择的动机因素,以弥补国内外相关研究的不足。

It is of great significance to study the career-choosing motivation of higher vocational tourism and hotel management specialty. At present, the domestic scholars pay more attention to the professional teaching reform, the combination of work and learn- ing, and so on, while both the qualitative and quantitative research on the career-choosing motivation of these kind of students are very scarce. Through statistical analysis, this paper reveals the factors that affect the career choice of the students in this major, and makes up for the shortcomings of the domestic and foreign related researches.
