区域工业生态化水平测度与差异研究——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

On the Measurement and Difference of Regional Industrial Ecologization:Based on the Empirical Research on Provincial Panel Data

当前我国工业化进程加速和生态环境恶化的矛盾日益突出,在构建工业生态化指标体系并运用熵值法进行合理赋权基础上进行的测算发现,全国不同区域的工业生态化水平存在较为明显的梯度差异。进一步分析导致差异的原因发现,对外开放能够有效推动工业生态化水平的提高,工业化进程对工业生态化水平的贡献因后者的不同而有所差异,而工业技术水平进步则对工业生态化水平的提升则具有明显的普遍性。

Currently,the contradiction between industrialization acceleration and ecological environment deterioration is increasingly prominent.By constructing industrial ecologization index system and using entropy value method on the basis of reasonable empowerment measure,we found that the level of industrial ecologization has gradient difference among regions.For further analysis of the causes of differences,we built three hypothesis of open ecology effect,structural ecology effect and technological ecology effect and corresponding variables,and used an econometric model to provincial panel data analysis.The result found that opening to the outside world can effectively promote the improvement of industrial ecologization,the industrialization process＇s contribution to the level of industrial eeologization varies because of the latter, While the promotion of industrial technology advance on the industrial ecologization could be obviously universe.
