摘要
采用问卷调查分析法,对我国公立高等学校教学管理的"责、权、利"统一性与管理效果进行研究。结果表明,由于存在教学活动主体权责失衡和管理主客体利益目标和而不聚问题,高校教学管理效果还存在较大提升空间。加强学科专业建设是我国高校教学管理伦理建设的切入点。
By the use of questionnaire analysis,the paper studies the uniformity of"public accountability,right and benefit"and management effects of teaching management in public higher educational institutions in China.The results show that because of unbalance in rights and liabilities in teaching activity and different interest objective between the objective and subject of management,performance of management effects of teaching management should be promoted strongly.The entry point of constructing college teaching management ethics is to strengthen disciplinary and professional construction.
