摘要
非营利心理热线机构中,热线咨询员大部分是抱着奉献精神前来的志愿者,如何合理、有效地利用志愿者资源,做好热线志愿者的管理工作是热线日常管理工作中重要的内容。从建立健全各项规章制度、有序开展新聘志愿者岗前培训、系统安排心理热线咨询员的培训及督导、不断加强心理热线咨询员的自我保健等方面进行管理。
In the nonprofit psychological hotline agency, the majority of the hotline consultant is the volunteer who holds the spirit of dedi- cation, how to use the volunteer resources reasonably and effectively and how to manage the hotline volunteers are the important contents of the daily management of the hotline. Managed from establish and improve various rules and regulations, in order to carry out the new hire volunteers pre-service training, psychological hotline consultant training and supervising, and constantly strengthen the psychological hotline member self care and so on.
