摘要
山西各地煤炭企业亏损面超过70%,一些企业减发、欠发工资问题突出,作为煤炭企业要想在持续恶化的市场环境中保持竞争优势,除进行产业结构升级以外,必须建立完善的薪酬管理制度吸引人才、留住人才。本文以山西煤炭企业为对象,研究员工薪酬管理问题,通过分析山西煤炭企业员工薪酬现状,指出企业薪酬管理中存在的问题并在此基础上提出相应的解决对策。通过研究旨在对山西煤炭企业薪酬管理问题提供一定的理论参考。
Weather gradually gets warmer, the Shanxi coal around the lossmaking enterprises more than 70%,some companies reduce hair, wage arrears outstanding. As coal companies want to remain competitive in a deteriorating market environment, in addition to upgrading the industrial structure outside, must establish and improvethe salary management system to attract and retain qualified personnel. In this paper, the Shanxi coal enterprisesas the object of study employee compensation management problems, through analysis of Shanxi coal companiespay employees, noted enterprise reward management problems and propose appropriate countermeasures on thisbasis. By study aims to provide a theoretical reference for the Shanxi Coal enterprise salary management.
