摘要
本项调查对H省高校的780名学生进行教学质量观问卷调查和访谈,旨在为高校提高教学质量提供有针对性的建议。调查发现:大学生认为提高高校教学质量需要转变教学质量观;学生更加认同内适型、过程型教学质量观;不同年级、学科、学校的学生对前提型教学质量观、外适型教学质量观的认同方面差异显著。基于调查结果,为提高教学质量,高校应该在充分考虑学科、学校差异的基础上确立科学的教学质量观,在人才培养上需要注重学术性,需加强教学管理,并为师生提供良好的教学条件。
We do a survey on 780 students'view of teaching quality from four universities in H province. Based on the data from questionnaires and interviews, we aim at providing some pertinent countermeasures to improve teaching quality. It finds that students believe changing the view of teaching quality is the key to improve teaching quality, students prefer inner--oriented and process--oriented teaching quality view. There are obvious differences of understanding about premise--oriented teaching quality view and outer--oriented teaching quality view among students from different grades,disciplines and universities. In order to establish scientific teaching quality view, university should consider the difference of disciplines and universities seriously. Univerties should focus on academic in students' cultivation, strengthen teaching management, and provide better teaching conditions for teachers and students.
