应用型本科高校学生评教影响因素的实证分析 被引量:2

摘要 对学生评教影响因素的正确认识是提高高校学生评教结果信度和效度的有力保障。以应用型本科高校为例,从学生评教态度、教师基本特征、教师课堂表现等方面设计了调查问卷并在南昌工程学院进行发放,对获取的有效调查问卷进行主成分分析,获得影响应用型本科高校学生评教的4个主要因素,最后针对主要因素,给出了提高教学质量的建议。 In the process of students' teaching evaluation, correct understanding of influencing factors is a powerful guarantee to improve the reliability and validity of the result of teaching evaluation. We take ap- plication-oriented university for example, and design a questionnaire from the aspects such as the attitude of the students, the characteristics of the teachers, the teachers' classroom performance. We carried out the questionnaire survey in Nanchang Institute of Technology, then we study the survey with principal component analysis and attain four main factors that influence the students' teaching evaluation in appli- cation-oriented university. Finally,we put forward some suggestions of improving the teaching quality ac- cording to the four main factors.
