The Practice and Thinking on the Implantation of Industry Culture in Campus Culture of Applied Undergraduate Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Changshu Institute of Technology

目前,具有行业背景的应用型本科院校正在努力探索具有本行业办学特色和路径的人才培养模式,本文从行业文化植入校园文化的视角切入,阐述了在应用型本科院校实践育人的模式下,如何将行业文化与应用型本科院校的校园文化有效融合,以及融合的方法路径。

At present, applied undergraduate colleges and universities with industry background are trying to explore the path of talent training mode with the industry characteristics. From the perspective of the implantation of industry culture in campus culture, this paper expounds on how to effectively integrate industry culture with campus culture of applied undergraduate colleges and universities and on how to find a path for the integration under the mode of education practice in applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
