摘要
食品工艺学实验是食品科学与工程专业培养计划的重要环节,本文对食品工艺学实验教学内容、教学模式及考核方法的改革措施进行了详细的论述。这些改革激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了食品工艺学实验课堂教学质量。
The food technology experiment is an important part in food science and engineering educational programs. In this paper, the corresponding reform measures of food technology experimental teaching content, teaching models and assessment methods are discussed in detail. Through these reforms, the interests of students are stimulated effectively and the teaching qualities of the course of food technology experiments are greatly improved.
