高校学生社团的法治化建设研究

党的十八届四中全会为中国未来发展指明了明确的方向和道路,即建设中国特色社会主义法治体系,建设社会主义法治国家。在这一主题下,高校学生社团要担当起法治责任,构建法治型社团是必然选择。因此,需要增加法律社团数量,提倡法治价值,培养法治精神;厘正社团法律建设,完善社团法治管理,优化社团章程;转变行政部门服务理念,创建社团内外连接规约,增强自主身份这几个方面着力,提高社团建设的法治化水平,为构建法治校园、法治社会和法治国家而服务。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party has indicated clear di- rection and road for China＇ s future development, that is, to form a socialist legal system with Chinese characteris- tics and build a socialist country under the rule of law. Based on this background, it is the inevitable choice for col- lege students＇ communities to take responsibilities for the legalization construction and build communities with rule tion, improve relevant managements and optimize the association regulations. Finally, they should focus on chan- ging the service concept of the administrative departments, creating the connection protocol inside and outside the community and enhancing the independent identity to improve the level of legalization construction in running the communities, serving the building of law - based campuses, society and law - based nation.
