杏果实与果枝分离力的影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对新疆杏振动采收过程中果实与果枝的分离问题,以色买提、小白杏、苏克亚格里克3种杏为试验对象,测定成熟期杏果实与果枝在不同枝干(与果实连接处)直径、果实质量、果实表面坚实度下分离力的大小,并研究其对分离力的影响。结果表明,枝干直径、果实质量、果实表面坚实度对果实与果枝的分离力都有影响,色买提杏果实与果枝平均分离力最大,其次为苏克亚格里克,小白杏的平均分离力最小。运用Minintab数理统计软件,建立果实与果枝的分离力及枝干直径、果实质量、果实表面坚实度之间的回归方程。分析得出,果实表面坚实度对果实的分离力影响最显著,果实质量对分离力的影响不明显;同一品种杏的分离力随果实表面坚实度的增加而逐渐增加,随枝干直径的增加而逐渐减小。 The paper is in view of the removel problem that the Xinjiang apricot vibration picking. For the Saimaiti,Little white apricot,Sukeryaclik as test object,it determination of the size of the removeling force that in different branches(on fruit junction) diameter,fruit weight,the surface hardness,and study its influence on the removel force. The test results show that it all have affected the removel force with the branches diameter,fruit weight,fruit surface hardness. By color apricot fruit and interacted the average removel force is the largest with Saimaiti, followed by Sukeryaclik, the average minimum removel force is by Little white apricot. Using Minintab mathematical statistics software, the establishment of regression equation for the removel force between the fruit and braches diameter,fruit weight,fruit surface hardness. The analysis show that the fruit surface hardness is the most significant effect on the removel force. Fruit weight had little effect on the removel force. The removel force of same varieties apricot is gradually increased with the increase of fruit surface hardness and decreases with the increase of the diameter of the braches.
