塌孔处理技术在底板改造钻孔中的应用研究

Discussion on the Hole Collapse Treatment Technology in Transformation of Borehole Bottom

本文针对某矿二1煤层底板注浆改造工程中塌孔数据的统计分析,并对煤层底板改造过程中钻孔塌孔事故频繁发生的原因进行研究分析,提出多种处理塌孔措施和技术方案,基本解决了钻进过塌孔的技术难题,成功总结了处理塌孔事故的快速有效经验。为类似条件下的底板注浆改造工程提供宝贵的经验。

This paper, according to the statistical analysis of the hole collapse data in the grouting transformation proj-ect of two coal seam floor bottom of a mine, carries out a research analysis on the causes that the drilling hole col-lapse accidents occurred frequently in the transformation process of the coal floor, puts forward many kinds of holecollapse treatment measures and technical scheme, basically solves the technical problem of drilling hole collapse,sums up successfully the fast and effective experience of handling hole collapse accidents. It provides valuable expe-rience for bottom grouting transformation project under similar conditions.
