At present, in many projects of engineering measurement, the GPS measurement is used to replace the con-ventional measurement method. Combining with many years＇ experience in GPS measurement, the author analyzesand discusses the organization and implementation of the planar net establishment by GPS measurement, which is on-ly for learning and communication.
