铝合金脱粘缺陷的红外热像无损检测及图像分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对CFRP加固铝合金脱粘的缺陷检测,构建了红外热成像检测实验系统,对含不同类型内部脱粘缺陷的试件进行实验研究。采用瞬态热激励方法,获得了不同类型缺陷下试件表面的热像图,并对实验过程中序列热像图随时间的变化进行了观察和分析。研究结果表明,采用红外热成像技术对CFRP加固铝合金的脱粘进行检测是完全可行的,对检测到的图像进行图像分析可以直观准确地反映缺陷状况,与实际实验结果相吻合。 For defect detection of the CFRP reinforced aluminum alloy debonding, an experimental system for infra-red thermal imaging testing was established to conduct experimental studies on the aluminum alloy specimens withdifferent internal debonding defects.Transient thermal excitations were applied to the specimens and the thermal im-ages with different types of defects were obtained.The changes of a sequence of thermal images over time during theexperiment were observed and analyzed. The results show that using the infrared thermal imaging technology to testthe debonding of CFRP reinforced aluminum alloy is completely feasible, and analysis on the detected images can di-rectly and accurately reflect the status of defects, in conformity with the actual experimental results.
