摘要
为了解决中药饮片加工生产中存在的设备自动化程度不高、质量鉴别没有量化指标和老药工流失严重的问题,在分析整理传统中药炮制的方法、工具、辅料和控制要求的基础上,设计了基于PLC和MCGS组态控制技术的中药炮制控制方案,重点阐述了如何利用MCGS软件实现中药炮制过程的温度PID参数整定、设备监控、温度实时曲线显示、历史数据报表输出等功能。实验结果表明:该控制方案建立了和谐的人机界面和完整的生产数据报表;PID温度闭环控制在中药炒制环节上的应用,使得中药炮制的火候控制更加准确。
In order to solve all kinds of problems in the processing of Chinese herbal medicine, such as the relatively low automation degree, no quantitative indicator of quality identification, the serious outflow of old drug workers. Based on the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine processing methods, tools, accessories and control requirements, R & D personnel have applied PLC and MCGS configuration technology to the design of the Chinese medicine processing control system. The paper has focused on how to use the MCGS software to conduct temperature PID parameter tuning, equipment monitoring, real-time temperature curve and historical data reports in the processing of Chinese traditional medicine. Commissioning process and experimental data have showed that the control scheme established a harmonious man-machine interface and a complete production data report. The design of PID temperature closed-loop system has controlled the temperature of Chinese traditional medicine processing more accurately.
