品管圈活动降低手术室护士针刺伤发生率的效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨品管圈(QCC)活动对降低手术室护士针刺伤发生率的效果。方法 通过成立QCC小组,运用质量管理工具,对手术室护士针刺伤问题进行原因分析,改进防针刺伤的硬件设施,加强医护沟通和医护锐器操作规范培训,用χ2检验的方法比较改进前、后两组护士针刺伤的发生率,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 护士针刺伤发生次数由2013年的11.8%下降至2014年的2.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 7.798,P = 0.005),使用锐器规范,防范意识不断提高。结论 通过QCC管理活动,解决针刺伤发生的要因,显著降低了手术室护士针刺伤的发生率,并提高了手术护士职业安全感及团队的互助能力。 Objective To explore the effect of reducing needlestick injuries of nurses in operation room. Methods A quality control circle (QCC) was set up using quality management tools in order to analyze the cause of needlestick injuries of nurses in operation room to improved anti-needlestick injuries hardware, and to strengthen the doctor-nurse communication and medical sharps practices training. The differences between two groups were tested by chi-square test. The statistical significance level was set at P〈0.05. Results The occurrence rate of needlestick injury was decreased from 11.8% to 2.3%(χ2 = 7.798,P = 0.005) following QCC activities. The nurses under the QCC paid more attention to normative operating. Conclusions The application of the QCC solved the main cause of needlestick injuries, reduced needlestick injuries, and improved the nurses′ job satisfaction. Moreover, it improves work efficiency.
