摘要 文中介绍了大数据的概念和应用情况,讨论了海事大数据的概念及其意义、分析了海事大数据建设面临的挑战,并提出了应对挑战的意见和建议。 The paper introduces the concept and application of big data, studies the concept and significance of MSA big data as well as the challenges confronted. It also provides comments and suggestions in view of the challenges.
