不同性别2型糖尿病患者25羟维生素D水平研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨不同性别2型糖尿病患者25羟维生素D水平的差异。方法:101例2型糖尿病患者,根据年龄分为老年组(≥65岁)、中年组(46~64岁)、青年组(≤46岁)。根据血清25羟维生素D水平分为缺乏(25-OH-Vit D〈20 ng/m L)、不足(20 ng/m L≤25-OH-Vit D〈30 ng/m L)、充足(25-OH-Vit D≥30 ng/m L)。分析探讨其血清25羟维生素D水平的状况。结果:老年组男性平均25-OH-Vit D水平为(20.00±5.92)ng/m L,维生素D缺乏占47.06%,不足占47.06%,充足占5.88%;女性平均25-OH-Vit D水平为(18.72±3.66)ng/m L,维生素D缺乏占64.29%,不足占35.71%;男、女患者25-OH-Vit D水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。中年组男性平均25-OH-Vit D水平为(20.40±4.75)ng/m L,维生素D缺乏占45.71%,不足占54.29%;女性平均25-OH-Vit D水平为(18.88±7.25)ng/m L,维生素D缺乏占46.15%,不足占50.00%,充足占3.85%;男、女患者25-OH-Vit D水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。青年组男性平均25-OH-Vit D水平为(36.26±7.74)ng/m L,维生素D缺乏占28.57%,不足占42.86%,充足占28.57%;女性平均25-OH-Vit D水平为(20.50±2.12)ng/m L,维生素D缺乏占50.00%,不足占50.00%;男、女患者25-OH-Vit D水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者总体上以维生素D缺乏和不足为主,男性患者和女性患者均是如此。补充维生素D制剂,有助于改善2型糖尿病患者维生素D缺乏和不足的现状,从而更好地控制好血糖并预防其远期慢性并发症。
