异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼在老年高血压患者麻醉中的应用价值探析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:分析和探讨老年高血压患者手术治疗时采用异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉的临床效果。方法:选取2013年9月-2015年3月在本院外科手术治疗的108例老年高血压患者,随机均分为单一给药组(54例)和复合给药组(54例),单一给药组给予异丙酚维持麻醉,复合给药组异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼维持麻醉,比较两组的临床效果。结果:复合给药组的临床不良反应发生率低于单一给药组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼维持麻醉效果更优,值得临床推广。 Objective: To analyze and study elderly hypertensive patients with the surgical treatment with propofol compound fentanyl anesthesia clinical effect. Method: 108 elderly patients from September 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital with hypertension were randomly divided into the single drug group(54 cases) and combined treatment group(54 cases). The single drug group was given propofol maintained anesthesia, the combined treatment group was given propofol compound fentanyl maintain anesthesia. To compare the clinical effect of the two groups. Result: Clinical adverse reactions of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the single drug group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.01). Conclusion: Using Propofol compound fentanyl maintain better anesthetic effect, worth clinical promotion.
