正交设计优化桂枝和营消风合剂的制备工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的优选桂枝和营消风合剂的制备工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验,通过方差分析,以干膏率为指标对提取工艺进行优化;通过浓缩条件考察和中试放大生产,最终确定制剂的最佳制备工艺。结果桂枝和营消风合剂最佳制备工艺为:处方12味加水煎煮2次,第一次加10倍量水煎煮1.5h,第二次加10倍量水煎煮1h,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至1000m L,搅匀,即得。结论该工艺稳定、简便、可行,适于我院桂枝和营消风合剂的制备。 OBJECTIVE To study the preparation Technology of Guizhiheyingxiaofeng Mixture. METHODS The L9( 34) orthogonal test and analysis of variance was used to filter and optimized extractive technology. The dry extract yield was used as assessment indicators. By investigating the concentration technology and the pilot,the best preparation technology was confirmed. RESULTS The optimized extracting technological conditions were extracted with water for 2 times. First added 10 times of water,boiled 1. 5 hours,then 10 times of water,1 hour. The extraction was combined,filtered and concentrated to 1000 m L. CONCLUSION The preparation process was convenient,stable and feasible. It can be used to prepared Guizhiheyingxiaofeng Mixture.
