摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法测定三七脂肝丸中的皂苷含量。方法采用大连依利特-C8(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸(25∶75),检测波长:203nm。结果经方法学验证,该方法准确度、精密度、耐用性良好。结论该方法适宜于本品的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a reversed-phase HPLC method for determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Sanqizhigan pill. METHODS Chromatographic condition were： using Hyper C8column（ 250 mm × 4. 6mm）,acetonitrile-0. 05% phosiphoric acid = 25 ∶ 75 as mobile phase with 1. 0m L · min- 1of flow rate,and detecting at203 nm. RESULTS This method is accurate,simple and sensitive. CONCLUSION This method can be used for the quality control of Sanqizhigan pill.
