摘要
目的研究用HPLC法测定防风通圣颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法色谱条件为Athena C18-WP(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(47:53),流速为1.000m L·min-1,检测波长为280nm,柱温为30℃,结果显示黄芩苷在0.2333μg^1.1663μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率为100.2%,RSD=1.5%(n=6)。结论本法简便、准确、重现性好。
OBJECTIVE Using HPLC method for determination of Baicalin in Fangfeng Tongsheng granules. METHODS Chromatographic conditions was Athena C18-WP（ 5μm,4. 6mm × 250mm）,flow phase was methanol-0. 4% phosphoric acid solution（ 47∶ 53）. The flow rate was 1. 000 m L·min- 1,detection wavelength was at 280 nm,the column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The results showed that baicalin in the range of 0. 2333μg - 1. 1663μg showed a good linear relationship（ r = 1. 0000）,the average recovery was 100. 2%,RSD = 1. 5%（ n = 6）. CONCLUSION According to the experimental results show that this method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
