条形码技术在手术室器械追溯系统中的应用

Application of Barcode in Traceability System of Surgical Instruments

目的探讨条形码技术在手术室器械追溯系统中的应用及效果。方法设置条形码组和人工记录组,对比两种方法在手术室器械追溯系统中的应用效果和护士的满意度。结果条形码组和人工记录组效果比较试验表明,条形码组的手术器械包标签错误率、器械包丢失率均显著低于人工记录组(均P<0.05),护士对器械包准备满意度比较结果也表明,条形码组的满意度高于人工记录组。结论条形码技术可以显著降低手术器械包标签错误率和器械包丢失率,提高护士对手术器械包准备的满意度。将条形码技术与电子病历相结合,并在条形码追溯系统中添加过期预警模块,可以取得更好的效果。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the application and effect of barcode technology in the operating room equipment traceability system. METHODS Set the bar code and manual record group,compared two methods of apparatus that application effect and the nurse’s satisfaction in the operating room traceability system. RESULTS Bar code and manual record group effect comparison test showed that barcode operation instrument set which the error rate and the loss rate of the surgical instruments were significantly lower than the manual record（ all P 〈 0. 05）,the nurse on instrument set ready to satisfaction comparison results also showed that the bar code group satisfaction were higher than the manual record. CONCLUSION Bar code technology can significantly reduce the error rate and the loss rate of the surgical instruments,improving the nurse satisfaction of surgical instruments package preparation. Combines bar code technology and electronic nursing records of single-phase operation,meanwhile the expired early warning module is added in the bar code tracing system,can achieve better effect.
