摘要
对轴承零件表面淬火工艺进行了初步介绍,讨论了感应加热表面淬火工艺中加热功率对淬火组织和淬硬层深度的影响及操作要点与注意事项,供相关人员参考。
The surface hardening technology of bearing parts is introduced initially. The effect of heating power on the quenching microstructure and depth of hardening layer in induction heating surface quenching process and considerations are discussed, for relevant personnel reference.
