摘要
利用自主选育的双低甘蓝型油菜品系CWH-2(P1)和白菜型菜用种千筋京水菜(P2)进行甘白远缘杂交并用P1回交再连续自交获得134个BC1F4株系。对甘白杂交134个BC1F4株系进行农艺性状和品质性状统计及频次分布分析。结果表明,鉴定出芥酸含量1.5%以下、硫苷含量30μmol/g以下、含油率43%以上、产量290 kg/667m2以上,可以直接用于育种的优良株系6个;同时,鉴定出一批具农艺性状和品质性状极端值的特殊材料。本研究鉴定出的优良株系为甘蓝型油菜育种储备了优良材料,具极端值的特殊材料为开展相关农艺性状和品质性状的分子生物学研究储备了基础材料。
Interspecific hybrid was crossed between Brassica napus CWH-2( P1) with double low and Brassica japonica Sieb( P2),and backcrossed with P1. 134 BC1F4 lines were developed during self-pollination,their agronomic and quality traits were identified and analyzed by statistics. The result showed that 6 lines with erucic acid content less than 1. 5 %,glucosinolate content less than 30 μmol / g,oil content above 43 %,and yield above 290 kg /667m2 were identified,which could be directly utilized in Brassica napus breeding. Furthermore,a number of special materials with extreme agronomic and quality values were identified. This research developed and reserved base materials for Brassica napus breeding and molecular biology research related to agronomic and quality traits.
