摘要
为了促进菌渣的利用,研究不同菌渣发酵床对猪生产性能、血液指标、垫料中臭气与菌群的影响。试验采用1+2×3析因设计,对照组为锯末稻壳发酵床,试验组为菌渣发酵床,菌渣种类为金针菇菌渣和杏鲍菇菌渣,菌渣在锯末稻壳发酵床中的添加比例为15%、45%、60%。和对照组相比,菌渣添加比例为45%的试验组ADG显著升高,F/G显著降低(P<0.05);血清皮质醇、热应激蛋白70含量极显著下降(P<0.01),血清生长激素、Ig A、总抗氧化能力上升(P<0.05);试验初期15 cm深处的垫料温度升高(P<0.05);试验末期垫料中氨气、硫化氢、3-甲基吲哚浓度降低,枯草芽孢杆菌含量增加(P<0.05)。其它各组与对照组无显著差异。菌渣添加剂量效应显著(P<0.05),菌渣种类效应不显著,菌渣剂量与种类无互作(P>0.05)。结论为金针菇菌渣和杏鲍菇菌渣皆可用于发酵床,其添加比例以45%最好。
To promote fungi residual utilization,we investigated the effects of different residue as litters on pig growth performance,blood indices,odors and bacteria in litters. Experiments conducted 1 + 2 × 3 factorial design,the control group used the sawdust and rice husk as litters,test group used fungi residue as litters,the variety of residue included Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus eryngii,the proportion of residues in sawdust and rice husk litters were 15 %,45 %,60 %. The results were that compared with the control group,ADG in the test group added 45 % residue was significantly higher,F / G was contrary( P 0. 05); Serum cortisol,and heat shock protein 70 was lower( P 0. 01),growth hormone,Ig A,total antioxidant capacity was significantly higher( P 0. 05); The temperature at the 15 cm depth at experiment initial stage increased( P 0. 05); At the end of experiment the contents of ammonia,hydrogen sulfide,3-methyl indole in litters dropped down( P 0. 05),the amount of Bacillus subtilis in litters raised( P 0. 05). The other test groups and the control group had no significant difference about pig growth performance,blood indices,odors and bacteria. The dose effects of added fungi residue were significant( P 0. 05),the residue type effect were not significant,the doses and the types of residue didn't interact( P 0. 05). Conclusion was that the two kinds of fungi residue were both used as litters and the adding amount of fungi residue in sawdust and rice husk litters was45 % best.
