摘要
毛木耳栽培品种颜色主要为紫黑色、紫红色和褐色三大类;在栽培的紫黑色毛木耳品种AHP22中发现白色和浅褐色突变体,对其产量、耳片形态特征和ISSR分子标记分析。结果表明,白色突变体和浅褐色突变体在产量上高于野生型,白色突变体APW11较野生型AHP22的产量高12.4%,浅褐色突变体APfc2较野生型APfc1的产量高5.3%,耳片除颜色不同于野生型外,其它形态特征与野生型相似;ISSR标记分析表明白色突变体与野生型之间遗传相似系数为0.636,浅褐色突变体与野生型之间遗传相似系数为0.788,突变体与野生型之间遗传差异较大。
There are three kinds of colors,purple black,purplish or brown,among the fruiting bodies of Auricularia cornea cultivas. The white and light brown mutants were isolated from purple black cultivar AHP22. The analyzing results,with their yields,morphological traits and ISSR markers,showed that the yields of the white and light brown mutant were higher than the wild-type. Among which,the yield of the white mutant APW11 were increased by 12. 4 % compared with its wild-type AHP22,and the light brown mutant 5. 3 % compared with its wild-type AHP22. There were merely differences in fruiting bodies in morphological traits,and other traits alike. The genetic similarity coefficient was 0. 636 between the white mutant and wild-type,and 0. 788 between the light brown mutant and its wild-type,which indicated that there had a large genetic difference between the mutant and its wild-type.
