摘要
约束浆锚连接是我国近几年发展的一种适用于预制构件的钢筋连接技术.本文分析了约束浆锚连接的工作机理和技术要点,详细介绍了国内现有的插入式预留孔灌浆钢筋搭接连接和NPC浆锚插筋连接的连接构造、试验研究和工程应用,并对二者的技术要点进行了对比分析.介绍了各省装配式混凝土结构技术规程在约束浆锚连接技术方面的相关规定.指出了约束浆锚连接技术目前存在的问题,对约束浆锚连接技术提出了研究和发展建议.
Constraint grout-filled lap connection is a kind of bar connection technology for prefabricated component in recent years. This paper analyzes the connecting mechanism and technical points of constraint grout-filled lap connection. It also introduces the connection structure, experimental investigations and engineering application of plug-type preformed grout hole reinforcement connection and rebar lapping in grout-filled hole formed with metal bellow. The regulations of the technical regulations for the con- struction of the concrete structure of the provinces are compared and analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of constraint grout-filled lap connection technology, the research and development suggestion are put forward.
