摘要
针对所提出形状记忆合金(shape memory alloy-SMA)金属橡胶减振器开展试验研究.通过拟静力试验着重分析探讨了加载频率和位移幅值对SMA金属橡胶减振器中SMA金属橡胶元件的刚度和阻尼特性等力学性能的影响.试验结果表明:SMA金属橡胶刚度随加载频率和位移幅值的增大而增大,能量耗散系数Ψ基本不受加载频率影响,但随位移幅值的增大而减小;并通过地震模拟振动台试验研究探讨SMA金属橡胶减振器的减振效能.
In this paper, an experimental research on the shape memory alloy (SMA) pseudo-rubber metal damper was studied. The influence of loading frequency and displacement amplitude to the SMA pseudo-rubber metal in SMA pseudo-rubber metal damper was studied and discussed by pseudo-static test. The conclusion show that the stiffness of SMA pseudo-rubber metal increases with the increase of the loading frequency and displacement amplitude. The loading frequency has little influence on energy dissipation factor ψ. However, it decreases with the increase of displacement amplitude. Moreover, the vibration reduction efficiency of SMA pseudo-rubber metal damper was researched and discussed by seismic simulation shaking table test.
