摘要
通过对热处理工艺的摸索,改进热处理工艺的方法和工艺参数,研究了热处理工艺方法和热处理工艺参数对ZG25Cr2Mo1V高强度离心铸造钢卷筒性能的影响。对热处理后的样块取样检测其机械性能和微观组织,并进行了工业性的验证试验,结果表明,ZG25Cr2Mo1V离心铸造钢卷筒通过调整热处理工艺方法和参数,其性能可以得到有效提高,完全能够满足用户在常温和高温环境下的使用要求。
In this paper,the influence of heat treatment process and heat treatment on the properties of ZG25Cr2Mo1V high strength centrifugal cast steel was studied by means of heat treatment and heat treatment. The mechanical properties and microstructure of the samples were tested by thermal treatment. The results showed that the performance of ZG25Cr2Mo1V centrifugal cast steel drum can be effectively improved by adjusting heat treatment process and parameters.
