体外冲击波及其关节镜复合疗法治疗骨关节炎及骨坏死的展望 被引量:5

摘要 骨关节炎和骨坏死都是骨科临床常见难治性疾病,且均缺乏公认的有效治疗方案,多数治疗为对症处理,因此取得的效果也十分有限,不能阻断疾病的自然进程。体外冲击波疗法(extracorporeal shock wave therapy,ESWT)为近30年应用于骨科领域的新方法,在治疗肌腱末端病、跖筋膜炎、骨不连、早期股骨头坏死、骨性关节炎、距骨骨软骨损伤等方面取得了良好的效果~[1-4]。
