摘要
目的探讨颈总动脉外膜剥脱术对脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)鼠颅内血流动力学变化的影响。方法将清洁级5日龄(P5)Wistar大鼠8窝制作为脑瘫鼠模型,并行颈总动脉外膜剥脱术,观察手术前后脑瘫鼠左大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、颈总动脉和颈内动脉的血流动力学变化。结果术后脑瘫鼠颈总动脉和颈内动脉的血流平均速度均较术前升高(P<0.01),阻抗指数均较术前下降(P<0.001);经多普勒检测,大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉和大脑后动脉收缩期峰值流速、舒张期末血流速度及血流平均速度均较术前加快,脑血流量增加,阻抗指数下降(P<0.01)。结论颈总动脉外膜剥脱术能够持续有效地增加脑瘫鼠脑血流量。
Objective To discuss effect of cervical sympathectomy on intracranial hemodynamics in rats with cerebral palsy. Method The model of cerebral palsy was established in 60 experimental rats. The cervical sympathectomy were carried out in cerebral palsy rats. The hemodynamics changes of middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery, common carotid artery and internal carotid artery were measured. Result The average speed of blood flow of common carotid artery and internal carotid artery were increased after operation in cerebral palsy rats(P〈0.01), but the resistance indexes were all decreased(P 0.001); the peak systolic velocity, diastolic flow velocity and average speed of blood flow of middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery were increased and the resistance indexes were all decreased(P〈0.01). Conclusion Cervical sympathectomy could continuously and effectively increase cerebral blood flow.
