经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果

Clinical analysis of transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture in the treatment of ovarian cysts

目的探讨经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法将本院收治的卵巢囊肿患者45例随机分为对照组（22例）与观察组（23例）。对照组患者接受腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,观察组患者接受经阴道超声引导下穿刺术。比较两组患者手术情况、术后并发症发生率及临床疗效,随访3~6个月,统计两组患者复发率。结果观察组患者手术时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）,术中出血量和治疗费用少于对照组（P〈0.05）,并发症发生率、复发率均低于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿可减少对患者的创伤,有效缓解其痛苦,且费用较低,并发症少,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture in the treatment of ovarian cysts. Method 45 patients with ovarian cysts in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（22 cases） and observation group（23 cases）. Patients in control group were treatedwith laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy; observation group were treated under transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture. The operation conditions, postoperative complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. The patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months. The recurrence rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Result The operation time of observation group was shorter than control group（P〈0.05）, the amount of bleeding and treatment cost less than control group（P〈0.05）, the incidence of complications and recurrence rate were lower than control group（P〈0.05）, the total effective rate was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture in the treatment of ovarian cysts, can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients, less the cost of treatment and complications, low recurrence rate, worth of clinical application.
