磁共振超短回波序列诊断软骨病变的优势评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价磁共振超短回波序列诊断软骨病变的优势。方法回顾性分析2012年5月至2014年6月本院收治的80例早期膝骨关节炎患者的临床资料,采用3.0 T磁共振行常规T1WI序列、T2WI序列以及不同回波时间的超短回波序列扫描膝关节髌股关节面软骨区,根据软骨MRI诊断分级标准评价软骨病变情况,探讨超短回波序列在软骨病变诊断中的优势。结果 T1WI序列下髌股关节面信号异常40例,其中Ⅰ级27例,Ⅱ级13例;T2WI序列下髌股关节面信号异常34例,其中Ⅰ级20例,Ⅱ级14例;0.68 ms回波时间的超短回波序列下髌股关节面信号异常46例,其中Ⅰ级24例,Ⅱ级14例,Ⅲ级8例;0.07 ms回波时间的超短回波序列下髌骨关节面信号异常72例,其中Ⅰ级42例,Ⅱ级16例,Ⅲ级14例。结论超短回波序列对软骨病变的诊断极具优势,且较短的回波时间对膝关节软骨损伤诊断更明确。 Objective To evaluate the advantage of magnetic resonance ultra-short echo sequence in the diagnosis of cartilage lesions. Method Retrospective analyzed 80 patients' clinical data with early knee joint osteoarthritis from May 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital, scanned knee joint cartilage patellofemoral area by 3.0 T MRI routine T1 WI and T2 WI sequences and different echo time sequence of ultra-short echo, according to the MRI diagnosis classification standard evaluation of cartilage lesions of cartilage, explored the ultra-short echo sequence in the diagnosis of cartilage lesions. Result T1 WI sequence of patellofemoral joint surface signal abnormal 40 cases, included 27 cases of Ⅰ class, 13 cases of Ⅱ class; T2 WI sequences of patellofemoral joint surface signal abnormal 34 cases, included 20 cases of Ⅰ class, 14 cases of Ⅱ class; 0.68 ms echo time under the ultra-short echo sequence of 46 cases of patellar articular surface signal abnormalities, included 24 cases of Ⅰ class, 14 cases of Ⅱ class, 8 cases of Ⅲ class; 0.07 ms echo time under the ultra-short echo sequence of patellar articular surface signal abnormalities in 72 cases, included 42 cases of Ⅰ class, 16 cases of Ⅱ class, 14 cases of Ⅲ class. Conclusion Level of ultra-short echo sequence is extremely advantageous to the diagnosis of cartilage lesions, and shorter echo time on knee joint cartilage damage diagnosis is more clear.
