急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清中GP88表达水平及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清中颗粒蛋白(GP88)表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2012年1月至2014年2月于本院就诊的123例急性冠状动脉综合征患者和同期健康体检者96例为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附测定检测两组研究对象血清中GP88表达水平,并进行相关统计学分析。结果观察组患者血清中GP88表达水平在4个检测时间点均明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。入院后24小时内血清中GP88表达水平与观察组患者Gensini评分呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。GP88诊断急性冠状动脉综合征的灵敏度为73.98%,特异度为92.71%,ROC曲线下面积为0.901。结论GP88在急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清中的表达水平明显增加,发病后24小时GP88表达水平与病变程度呈正相关,且在该时间点检测GP88水平诊断急性冠状动脉综合征的灵敏度和特异度均较高,有可能成为未来辅助诊断急性冠状动脉综合征的一项新指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of serum GP88 in patients with acute coronary syndromes and its clinical significance. Method The serum of 123 consecutive patients with acute coronary syndromes and 96 healthy volunteers admitted to the hospital from January 2012 to February 2014 were used to determine the expression of GP88 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for statistical analysis. Result The expression level of GP88 in observation group were significantly higher than control group at 4 time points(P 0.001). Observation group of patients within 24 hours after admission in the serum GP88 level and Gensini score was significantly positively correlated(P〈0.05). The sensitivity of GP88 diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome was 73.98%, specificity was 92.71% and the area under the ROC curve was 0.901. Conclusion The expression level of GP88 in patients with acute coronary syndrome are significantly increased, and show a positive correlation with severity of disease within 24 hours. The sensitivity and specificity of using GP88 as a diagnosis tool for acute coronary syndrome is high, so GP88 may be a new indicator for diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome in the future.
