摘要
以东北泥炭为覆土材料,研究覆土时不同含水量的泥炭对双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)产量和质量的影响。结果表明:泥炭覆土时的最适含水量为60%~65%,覆土含水量(55%)过低会造成双孢蘑菇商品菇率降低和产量下降,含水量(70%)过高会导致总产量降低;泥炭覆土时的含水量不仅影响产量,且对商品菇子实体的外观品质也有重要影响,随泥炭含水量的提高,子实体菌盖直径、菌盖厚度、菌柄直径和单重增加。尽管覆土后可通过喷水增加含水量,但在覆土时保持泥炭合适的含水量可提高双孢蘑菇的产量和质量。
The effects of water content of casing material at the time of casing on the yield and quality of Agaricus bisporus were determined using peat originating from the Dongbei region of China mixed with 55%, 60%, 65% and 70% water. Optimal water levels were 60% ;65% ; a lower water content (55%) led to a decline in the ratio of marketable mushrooms while a higher water content (70%) inhibited the growth of the fungal mycelium and resulted in a lower total fruit body yield. Increasing water levels in the casing material resulted in increased pileus diameter, pileus thickness, stipe diameter and fruiting body fresh weight. Although the water content of the casing material can be adjusted by watering after casing, moisture levels at casing are also important in determining Agaricus bisporus yields and quality.
