糖耐量异常患者早期肾损伤的相关研究进展

糖耐量异常(IGT)是糖尿病的前期阶段,糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病(DM)最主要的慢性微血管并发症之一.肾病早期常缺乏明显且特异的临床表现.DM往往引起肾损伤,且常在血糖异常早期就已发生.因此了解糖尿病早期肾损伤的发生机制,早期诊断、治疗有着非常重要的意义.本研究就IGT引起早期肾损伤的相关机制、检测方法及治疗进展做相关论述.

Impaired Glucose Tolerance（ IGT） is the early stage of diabetes. Diabetic nephropathy（ DN） is one of the major chronic microvascular complications of diabetes. The kidney disease is often lack of clear and specific clinical manifestations. The renal damage is often caused by diabetes and occurres early when glucose abnormality presents. Therefore,understanding the mechanism of early renal damage,early diagnosis and treatment are of great significance. The review discusses the mechanism, test method and treatment progress of early renal damage caused by IGT.
