腰椎骨折患者术前及术后的护理体会

Preoperative and postoperative nursing experience of patients with lumbar fracture

目的：对腰椎骨折患者术前、术后护理进行探究.方法：选取2014-04/2015-04我院收治的腰椎骨折患者50例作为研究对象.50例患者均实施术前、术后护理,观察患者干预前后的生活质量.结果：50例患者干预后Barthel分值为（78.2±2.4）分,干预前Barthel分值为（34.2±5.2）分,干预后Barthel分值比干预前高,且患者护理满意程度调查显示,满意36例,一般13例,不满1例,满意度为98%.随访2~12个月,显示患者无严重并发症以及不良情况,恢复良好.结论：对腰椎骨折患者给予术前、术后护理,能够改善患者预后情况,提高患者的生活质量.

AIM： To explore the nursing care of patients with lumbar vertebral fracture before and after operation. METHODS： 50 cases of our hospital were included in the study. All patients were treated with lumbar fracture in our hospital from April2014 to April 2015. Nursing care of 50 cases of patients were real operation before and after the surgery,observed patients＇ quality of life before and after the intervention. RESULTS： after the intervention,50 patients＇ Barthel score was（ 78. 2 ± 2. 4）,before the intervention Barthel score was（ 34. 2 ±5. 2）,the Barthel score of after intervention was higher than before,and patient satisfaction survey showed 36 cases,satisfied,generally was 13,dissatisfied was 1,satisfaction rate was 98%. Followed up for 2months to 12 months,showed that patients with no serious complications and adverse conditions,recovered well. CONCLUSION：the preoperative and postoperative nursing care for patients with lumbar vertebral fractures can improve the prognosis of patients and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
